Sec. 4053.052. ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY OR EMERGENCY LICENSE

The commissioner may, without requiring an examination, issue a temporary or emergency license under this chapter to an applicant for a period not to exceed six months:
(1) on the death or disability of a managing general agent or for another good cause satisfactory to the commissioner; and
(2) if the applicant meets the other requirements of this chapter.
