Sec. 4055.104. AUTHORITY OF CREDIT INSURANCE AGENT

A credit insurance agent appointed by an insurer authorized to engage in the business of insurance under this code may act as the agent for the insurer in the sale of any kind of credit insurance in the business of which the insurer is authorized to engage, including individual or group credit insurance.
