Sec. 425.154. APPLICABILITY OF PERCENTAGE AUTHORIZATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The percentage authorizations and limitations established by this subchapter apply only at the time an investment is originally acquired or a transaction is entered into and do not apply to the insurance company or the investment or transaction after that time, except as provided by Section 425.155.
