Sec. 425.203. LIMITATION ON FUNDS AND OTHER ASSETS

(a) An insurer may not use the insurer's funds to make an investment or loan that is not authorized by this subchapter.
(b) An insurer may not secure, hold, or convey real property except as authorized by this subchapter.
