Sec. 843.307. EXPEDITED REVIEW PROCESS ON TERMINATION OR DESELECTION

On request by the physician or provider, a physician or provider whose participation in a health care plan is being terminated or who is deselected is entitled to an expedited review process by the health maintenance organization.
