Sec. 843.310. CONTRACTS WITH PHYSICIANS OR PROVIDERS: CERTAIN INDEMNITY CLAUSES PROHIBITED

A contract between a health maintenance organization and a physician or provider may not contain a clause purporting to indemnify the health maintenance organization for any liability in tort resulting from an act or omission of the health maintenance organization.
