Sec. 846.060. SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, OR LIMITATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY

In addition to any requirement or remedy under a law cited under Section 846.003, the commissioner may suspend, revoke, or limit the certificate of authority of a multiple employer welfare arrangement if the commissioner determines, after notice and hearing, that the agreement does not comply with this chapter.
