Sec. 846.253. PROHIBITION ON EXCLUSION OF ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEE OR DEPENDENT

A multiple employer welfare arrangement may not exclude an employee who meets the participation criteria or an eligible dependent, including a late-participating employee or dependent, who would otherwise be covered.
