Sec. 846.303. APPLICABILITY TO THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATOR

If a multiple employer welfare arrangement enters into an agreement with a third-party administrator to provide administrative, marketing, or other services related to offering health benefit plans to employers in this state, the third-party administrator is subject to this chapter.
