Sec. 911.066. AUTHORITY TO PROHIBIT WAIVER OF BYLAWS

A farm mutual insurance company may provide in its bylaws that a company adjuster, representative appointed by the company, or local chapter or officer or agent elected by the local chapter may not waive a provision in the company's constitution or bylaws or in a policy issued by the company.
