Sec. 912.005. LIMITATION ON TRANSFER OF BUSINESS TO COUNTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY

An insurer may not transfer more than 10 percent of the insurer's insurance policies to a county mutual insurance company without the prior approval of the commissioner.
