Sec. 1301.068. INDUCEMENT TO LIMIT MEDICALLY NECESSARY SERVICES PROHIBITED

(a) An insurer may not use any financial incentive or make payment to a physician or health care provider that acts directly or indirectly as an inducement to limit medically necessary services.
(b) This section does not prohibit the use of capitation as a method of payment.
