Sec. 1506.004. AUDIT OF POOL

(a) Annually, the state auditor may conduct a special audit of the pool under Chapter 321, Government Code. The special audit may include a financial audit and an economy and efficiency audit.
(b) The state auditor shall report the cost of each audit conducted under this section to the board and the comptroller. The board shall remit that amount to the comptroller.
