Sec. 1506.104. CHARGES, FORMULAS, AND FORMS

(a) The pool may establish appropriate rates, rate schedules, rate adjustments, expense allowances, agents' referral fees, and claim reserve formulas and perform actuarial functions appropriate to the operation of the pool.
(b) The pool may adopt policy forms, endorsements, and riders and applications for coverage.
