Sec. 1551.308. NO CONTRIBUTION ON REFUSAL OF COVERAGE

The state and a state agency may not make any contribution to the cost of any coverages or benefits provided under this chapter for an individual who refuses the coverages or benefits in a form and manner satisfactory to the board of trustees.
