Sec. 207.052. LEAVING WORK TO ATTEND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

(a) An individual is disqualified for benefits for a period of unemployment for which the individual left the individual's most recent work to attend an established educational institution.
(b) This section does not apply to a period in which the individual is in training with the approval of the commission under Section 207.022.
