Sec. 302.001. DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:
(1) "Director" means the director of the division.
(2) "Division" means the division of workforce development of the commission.
(3) "Nonrecipient parent" has the meaning assigned by Section 31.0021, Human Resources Code.
