Sec. 415.009. FRIVOLOUS ACTIONS; ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATION

  • A person commits an administrative violation if the person brings, prosecutes, or defends an action for benefits under this subtitle or requests initiation of an administrative violation proceeding that does not have a basis in fact or is not warranted by existing law or a good faith argument for the extension, modification, or reversal of existing law.
