Sec. 324.071. IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC HIGHWAY

The board may enter into agreements with the public authorities in control of a highway in a park area or connecting two or more park areas to make alterations in the route or width of the highway, or to grade, drain, pave, or otherwise improve the highway.
