Sec. 336.307. LIEN ON REVENUE

The expense of operation and maintenance of library facilities, including salaries, labor, materials, and repairs necessary to provide efficient service, and every other proper item of expense are a first lien and charge against the revenue of a district encumbered under this chapter.
