Sec. 351.042. JAIL ADMINISTRATOR IN BEXAR COUNTY

The Commissioners Court of Bexar County may appoint a jail administrator who shall exercise all power, supervision, and control over the jail, including the duties imposed by law on the sheriff with respect to the jail.
