Sec. 363.063. DONATIONS, GIFTS, AND ENDOWMENTS

On behalf of a district, the temporary board may accept donations, gifts, and endowments to be held in trust for any purpose and under any direction, limitation, or provision prescribed in writing by the donor that is consistent with this chapter and the proper management of the district.
