Sec. 373A.054. ADDITIONAL METHODS OF INCREASING THE SUPPLY OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING

A municipality that designates a district under Section 373A.051 may provide tax-exempt bond financing, offer density bonuses, or provide other incentives to increase the supply of affordable housing and maintain the affordability of existing housing for low-income and moderate-income families.
