Sec. 385.071. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Except as provided by this subchapter, the district is governed by a board of five directors elected by the voters of the district at large. Except as provided by Sections 385.073(b) and 385.074, directors serve staggered terms of four years and until their successors have been elected and have qualified.
