Sec. 394.033. CORPORATE NAME; DURATION; SEAL

(a) A housing finance corporation may have perpetual succession under its corporate name, unless a limited period of duration is stated in the articles of incorporation, and may sue and be sued, and complain and defend, under its corporate name.
(b) A housing finance corporation may have a corporate seal, which may be altered at will, and may use the seal by causing it, or a facsimile of it, to be impressed on, affixed to, or otherwise reproduced on any instrument required to be executed by the corporation's officers.
