Sec. 501.308. RESTATED CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION

A corporation may authorize, execute, and file a restated certificate of formation by following the procedure to amend the certificate of formation provided by this subchapter, including obtaining the approval of the governing body of the corporation's authorizing unit.
