Sec. 503.052. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

A director, officer, employee, or member of the economic development office acting on behalf of the Texas Small Business Industrial Development Corporation is not personally liable:
(1) for damage, loss, or injury resulting from the performance of the person's duties under this subtitle; or
(2) on any commitment or agreement executed on behalf of the corporation under this subtitle.
