Sec. 141.010. MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES IN TYPE A AND B GENERAL-LAW MUNICIPALITIES

To the extent consistent with Subchapter B of this chapter and Chapters 142 and 143, the governing body of a Type A or B general-law municipality may consider longevity and cost of living in setting the salary of a municipal employee.
