Sec. 159.056. FAILURE TO FILE; CRIMINAL PENALTY

(a) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) is a county judicial officer or a candidate for office as a county judicial officer; and
(2) knowingly fails to file a financial statement as required by this subchapter.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
