Sec. 33.652. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER TO CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES

The provisions of this subchapter relating to coastal counties apply to a municipality if all or substantially all of the gulf beach within a coastal county is located within the boundaries of the municipality.
