Sec. 1702.385. NEGLECT BY GUARD DOG COMPANY; OFFENSE

(a) A license holder commits an offense if the license holder:
(1) operates a guard dog company; and
(2) fails to provide necessary food, care, or shelter for an animal used by the guard dog company.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
