Sec. 1802.303. GENERAL CRIMINAL PENALTY

(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates a provision of this chapter or a rule adopted by the commission under this chapter for which a penalty is not provided.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
