Sec. 1951.601. ENFORCEMENT ACTION FOR MISAPPLICATION OF PESTICIDES

If the commissioner finds that an applicator has misapplied pesticides, the commissioner shall institute an enforcement action against the applicator. The department by rule shall adopt a policy to implement this section.
