Sec. 1952.105. RENEWAL OR REINSTATEMENT OF CERTIFICATE  


Latest version.
  • (a) A certificate of registration issued under this chapter expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance and may be renewed annually on payment of the required renewal fee and on completion of the annual continuing education requirements prescribed by the board.

    (b) The department may reinstate as provided by board rule a certificate of registration that was revoked for failure to pay the renewal fee.
