Sec. 1953.052. FEES; PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS

(a) The board shall prescribe fees under this chapter.
(b) General revenue of the state may not be used to pay the costs of administering this chapter in an amount that exceeds the amount of fees received under this chapter.
(c) If the fees are inadequate to pay the costs of administering this chapter, the board may increase the fees to an amount sufficient to pay those costs.
