Sec. 1953.106. RENEWAL OR REINSTATEMENT OF CERTIFICATE

(a) To renew a certificate of registration under this chapter, a professional sanitarian must:
(1) pay to the board a renewal fee prescribed by the board; and
(2) provide proof of completion of continuing education contact hours as prescribed by the board.
(b) The board may reinstate a certificate of registration as provided by board rules that was revoked for failure to pay the renewal fee.
