Sec. 2052.054. CONTINUING EDUCATION

(a) The commission may recognize, prepare, or administer continuing education programs for persons licensed under this chapter.
(b) Participation in a continuing education program under Subsection (a) is voluntary.
(c) Section 51.405 does not apply to this chapter.
