Sec. 2153.158. CONTENTS OF REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

Latest version.

A registration certificate must:
(1) state the name and address of the location of the coin-operated machine that is the subject of the certificate; and
(2) certify that a tax permit is attached to the machine.
