Sec. 2153.304. MANDATORY DISCIPLINARY ACTION BASED ON NONPAYMENT

The comptroller may not issue or renew and shall revoke or suspend a license or registration certificate if the applicant or license or registration certificate holder fails to pay outstanding fees, costs, penalties, or taxes to the state.
