Sec. 2154.203. AGRICULTURAL, INDUSTRIAL, AND WILDLIFE CONTROL PERMIT

(a) The commissioner shall set and collect a permit fee in an amount not to exceed $50 for a permit to use Fireworks 1.3G for agricultural, industrial, or wildlife control purposes.
(b) The applicant must specify the exact purpose for which the fireworks are to be used before a permit may be issued.
(c) A permit expires one year from the date of issuance and is not renewable.
