Sec. 2301.703. HEARING REQUIRED IN CONTESTED CASE

(a) A hearing shall be conducted in any contested case arising under this chapter or a board rule. The hearing must be conducted in accordance with this chapter, any order, decision, or rule of the board, and Chapter 2001, Government Code.
(b) A hearing may be informally disposed of in accordance with Chapter 2001, Government Code.
