Sec. 2301.710. DISMISSAL OF COMPLAINT

On the motion of any party, the board, without holding a contested case hearing, may issue a final order dismissing a complaint, protest, or response in accordance with the terms and procedures set forth in Rule 166a, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, or its successor.
