Sec. 2306.207. LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTOR'S NAME

  • (a) A warrantor may not use a name that:

    (1) includes "casualty," "surety," "insurance," or "mutual" or any other word descriptive of the casualty, insurance, or surety business; or

    (2) is deceptively similar to the name or description of any insurer or surety corporation or to the name of any other warrantor.

    (b) A warrantor may use the word "guaranty" or a similar word in the warrantor's name.
