Sec. 51.3513. CEASE AND DESIST ORDER

The executive director may issue a cease and desist order if the executive director determines that the action is necessary to prevent a violation of:
(1) this chapter;
(2) a law establishing a regulatory program administered by the department; or
(3) a rule adopted or order issued by the commission or the executive director.
