Sec. 168.202. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

(a) A violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is grounds for disciplinary action against a pain management clinic certified under this chapter or an owner or operator of a clinic certified under this chapter.
(b) A violation of this chapter may be enforced in the same manner as any other violation of this subtitle.
