Sec. 202.1545. ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

(a) This section does not apply to a committee created under Section 202.154 exclusively composed of board members.
(b) A board member is not eligible to serve as a voting member on a task force or advisory committee that makes recommendations to the board.
