Sec. 202.157. BOARD PROCEEDINGS

(a) The board is not bound by the strict rules of procedure or by the laws of evidence in the conduct of its proceedings, but a board determination must be founded on legal evidence sufficient to sustain it.
(b) Each order of the board is prima facie valid.
