Sec. 202.302. RENEWAL OF EXPIRED LICENSE BY OUT-OF-STATE PRACTITIONER

  • (a) The board may renew without reexamination an expired license of a person who was licensed in this state, moved to another state, and is currently licensed and has been in practice in the other state for the two years preceding the date the person applied for renewal.

    (b) The person must pay to the board a fee equal to the amount charged for renewal of the license.
