Sec. 202.601. INJUNCTION

(a) In addition to any other action, proceeding, or remedy authorized by law, the board may institute an action in its own name to enjoin the violation of a law regulating the practice of podiatry or a rule adopted under this chapter. The court may grant a temporary injunction in the action.
(b) The attorney general or a district or county attorney shall represent the board in an action under this section.
