Sec. 203.160. USE OF TECHNOLOGY

Subject to the approval of the executive commissioner, the midwifery board shall implement a policy requiring the midwifery board to use appropriate technological solutions to improve the midwifery board's ability to perform its functions. The policy must ensure that the public is able to interact with the midwifery board on the Internet.
